Hi everyone, Ed here. I’m taking over the blog while Tom is out doing consultations. After all, I am the writer in the family.
It’s that time of year again – the Merrimack Valley Magazine has its annual Readers’ Choice awards. Last year we took home the prize for best landscaper. I can’t tell you how happy and proud that made me. I was running around and everything. And then I took a nap. Long nap.
Anyway, voting is super easy. You go to the Merrimack Valley Magazine web site and there’s a big banner at the top of the page that says Vote. You can’t miss it. When you vote you’re also entered to win two tickets to the party for the winners. I hear last year’s party was a real swanky event. Not that I would know, since you-know-who didn’t take me. I’m hoping we win this year so I can go. I got a formal collar and everything.
We would be very honored to get your vote again this time around. I can’t tell you how great it has been to be the top dog in landscaping for a whole year. We would love to win again – but we will need your help to do that. The competition is nipping at our heels. Some people say it’s dog eat dog, but I think that’s kind of gross.
Well, I hear the truck pulling in so I better sign off. Don’t forget to call Tom or send him a message if you need any work on your yard. Tom says this is the time of year to get started – and I agree. The more time he spends out, the more time I get on this couch.
